This meeting is your opportunity to:
• Hear about our performance
• Vote on the important items of business brought before the meeting
• Meet the Board of Directors, senior management, staff and fellow members
Your vote and participation are important to us. If you cannot attend the meeting, I strongly encourage you to vote by proxy.

PFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS - CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Join Our Team: Shape the Future of PFC!
We are currently seeking individuals to serve on our volunteer Board of Directors, contributing their expertise to help steer our Club’s future. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the governance of our organization, ensuring its continued growth and success.
The following Board positions will be up for election at our next Annual Members Meeting on January 28, 2026.
- Vice President - 2 year term
- Secretary – 2 year term
- Director at Large – 1 year term
- Director at Large – 2 year term
- Director at Large – 2 year term
Qualifications
We welcome and strongly encourage applications from talented individuals of all backgrounds. Individuals who:
- are passionate about making a meaningful impact
- possess a love of the sport and a desire to be connected to the Pickering Football Club
- are committed to leveraging their professional skills and experience to contribute to the betterment of our organization and community.
Whether you’re an expert in finance, marketing, governance, or any other relevant field, your desire to give back to our community is what truly matters. Soccer knowledge is a bonus, but not the primary requirement for consideration.
Our Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is responsible for providing overarching guidance and oversight to the organization. Its primary objective is to maintain the Club’s strategic course and foster its overall development. In addition, the Board provides direction in key operational, personnel or individual team-related matters.
The Board focuses on ensuring the long-term success, financial sustainability, and ethical conduct of the Club, safeguarding its commitment to its mission, vision and values.
The Volunteer Commitment/Requirements
- One Board meeting per month
- Ad-hoc meetings and conversations as required.
- Attendance at Club’s flagship events.
Nomination Process
To be considered for a position on the Pickering Football Club Board of Directors, interested individuals should complete the Nomination Form and submit it to EWhitehead@pickeringfc.ca. .
All applicants will appear on the election ballot at the Club’s Annual Members Meeting and applicants are asked to be present at the meeting.
We encourage you to consider this opportunity to serve your community and contribute your expertise to the Pickering Football Club. Join us in making a positive impact on the future of amateur sports in Pickering.
