A virtual PFC Special General Meeting (SGM) is scheduled for Wednesday July 7, 2021 at 7:00pm. Due to the complexities of hosting an online meeting, we require members to register in advance using the SGM Registration Form.

If you wish to appoint a proxy to attend on your behalf, please complete the Proxy Form.

Members who submit an SGM Registration/Proxy Form, no later than June 30, 2021 will be sent the invitation and sign in details.
