Dear Members,

You are invited to Pickering Football Club’s 2023 Annual Members’ Meeting (for the fiscal year October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023) which will be held at our Clubhouse on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 7:00pm.

This meeting is your opportunity to:

•    Hear about our performance
•    Vote on the important items of business brought before the meeting; and,
•    Meet the Board of Directors, senior management, staff and fellow members.

This Management Information Circular has been emailed to all our registered members. The circular contains important information about what the meeting will cover, who can vote and how to initiate a proxy.  You may request our disclosure documents for viewing at our Clubhouse.  

Your vote and participation are important to us.  If you cannot attend the meeting, I strongly encourage you to vote by proxy.
